How can I get my throttle levers to move together?

Hi All,
I have a 2000 Cobia 244 with twin F115's. I noticed last year that the throttles move together up through about 1500 rpm and then I have to push my starboard lever up further to see the same rpm at the gauges. Up through 3-4k rpm it is more pronounced and at full throttle, my port lever is almost two inches behind my starboard at same rpm.

Also of note, my port engine will only reach 5100 where the starboard will reach 5900.

I have found link and sync but I don't think that is my issue, more like cable adjustments I think.

Any suggestions?

first a complete link and sync to insure proper throttle arm orientation.
then a run up on a dyno or with test wheel YB1624 to insure both engines are making power.
I gotta feeling your gonna find you have a sick engine or a faulty tach.

Thanks for the reply. I think I'll be looking for some manuals or online instructions to help me through it. Both engines seem strong under lower rpms and my port side lever does seem a bit stiff at the end of its travel.

Again thanks and I'll try to post back results or what I found on this.
