Does anyone have an early model boat like the 1970 Sea Ray 190 SRV 165 Mercruiser I/O that I have. If so I was wondering how they handle? I have operated newer boats like 1999 Reniell 220c which I owned for many years. I have a 1970 Sea Ray 190 SRV now and wondering how they handle and perform on the water? I know the steering is different and the hull is of early design. If anyone can enlighten me, I would says thanks to all who respond. Mike

Thanks steelespike, This is my second 1970 Sea Ray SRV 190. This one had been restored 10 years ago. The p/o passed away soon after the restoration. It was stored in an climate control storage build since then. I checked all the interior and Glass are in like new condition. The bad is the original engine was full of water. I will pick up the boat on Friday. Will try to post pictures next week. Located a 165 mercruiser for $300.00 with 301 hours on it.From a friend who has a boat repair and savage.
