my inboard 5.0 v8 gems boat engine yamaha is getting hot every time i ride it . is this only the little propelle in the pump? or is somenting else?

Assumning you have checked the hoses from the leg to the seawater pump, then starting points would include the seawater pump impellor in the pump, port forward on the engine; or a blocked steering oil cooler, starboard side forward on engine.
Maybe a stuffed thermostat, so many others.
Hunt around on the auction sites or Amazon for the Seloc manual for these drives, good troubleshooting info in there.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,... Changin' the Impeller is always the 1st thing to do, in Any overheat situation,...

It should be done every year or two anyways, as regular Maintenance,...
