Hooking a dual bank charger to a dual battery switch?

Currently have a deep cycle and a starter battery wired to a off/1/2/both switch. Where do I need to connect the terminals from the charger to ensure each battery is charged independently?

I have a 24 volt Minnkota trolling motor that I have a 2 bank charger on. The leads just get hooked up to each batteries positive and negative terminals. My situation might be different tho being how my batteries are connected together to make 24 volts.

I look at it like this - A battery charger charges batteries, not switches.

Directly connect to the batteries.
