Honda ?

I've just got hold of a Honda outbaord, however, it has no decals and, whilst I've been assured it's a 4hp I reckon it's less. Can you help?<br /><br />The only marks on it are:<br />BAES 1214622<br /><br />By the way, anyone knaow where I can get hold of some appropriate decals?!<br /><br />Thanks as ever.<br /><br />A thankful Brit!
