Honda/Volvo Penta?????

Hi<br /><br />My brother recently got a boat off a freiend and the engine that came with it , is clearly a honda bf75<br /><br />it been painted black and has volvo penta on the hood , did they ever make engines together or am i looking at a hot motor?????

Hi Digi<br /><br />They are quite common in Sweden. They are Honda's but were sold as Volvo Penta.<br />Parts are hard to find these days.

honda bf75 and bf100 are fairly common here sdo shouldner be any bother , it runs good , it needs a service is all
