Honda V6 in my boat?

Assuming that you have seen the movie "One Crazy Summer", would it be possible for me to put my Accord's V6 in my boat? It is currently an outboard, but I have seen the same boat (Rinker V170, 17') with an I/O configuration. It had a Mercruiser 3.0 I think. My 96' Accord has a 170 HP 2.7 Liter V6. Would this be really crazy or really cool. Let me know and don't hold back I want honest opinions. Don't worry I have a tough skin and I can take it.

Ayuh,.........

Other than the fact that you Can't get cooled exhaust manifolds,+ None of the bolt holes will line up.....

It otta work Just Fine...........
