Honda twin BF75 problem.

Hi, I have a new to me CC with Twin 2007 BF75 Hondas on it. I changed the props today because the rpm was too low just 5000 rpm.
Put new 19" props on the boat and the right engine go up to 5600 rpm but the left only reached 5300 rpm?
With the 21" propellers both Engine reached 5000 rpm.
I have had some trouble with the left tachometer, it was sticking and behaved very erratic, and I wonder if it still a problem.
Maybe I need to check the tach before I start to check the Engine?

Can you swap the tach leads and see what happens?

Cleaned the connections and lubricated and cleaned the adjuster on the back on the tachometer and now both engines show almost exactly the same wot rpm.
