Honda tilt and trim

I have a honda remote with no tilt and trim button can it be added and wired so tilt and trim would work?What would it take to add this?The remote has a green plug if that helps with the answer.Thanks for any help.

Why can't you just incorporate a tilt button elsewhere? You don't want to be ****ing around in that remote if you can help it.
