Honda Tiller Conversion

I want to do the same. I have a bf30a but it's a 1999. Pre d4 model. Will 06531-ZV3-U01ZA tiller kit fit? It says it fits bf35-50 but looks identical to all the older bf30 tiller steers I've seen surfin. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Gotta get on the water
