i have a honda bf 15/d it starts great runs fine the engine is a year old with verry few hours.however my problem is when i stop the engine and tilt it for a short time then drop the engine back in the water to start it.the engine is verry hard to start sometimes 6 plus pulls on the courd sometimes i have to prime it and give it choke to start . something is wrong as it should start i st. time .i have had boats and various engines for 40 years but this has me beet .any help please. p.s hondas l st four stroke engine was a fivety cc motorcycle .which thay brought to the t.t races in the isle of man in 1964 it reved up to 18 thousand r.p.m as light as 2 bycicles 16 gears and toped 100 m.p.h. it won the race and that was the start of honda motor company.best wishes from tom tom .in the u.k
