Honda Marine - Honda Diagnostic System

Hello people, i am a technician from greece and i would like to know where i can buy the Honda Diagnostic System and if you know, how much does it cost...I am also interested in buying the Tohatsu diagnostic software if it is available.

Honda's HDS outboard kit is now running around 1700 $ US dealer net.Thats the last time I checked and since then they have added a new line with expanded software.That will kind of give you an idea.

I'm not sure how to answer that question as I do'nt know anyone who'es tried it.It seems to me if you have the money and a cooperative Honda dealer you could order through them.Why do you want it anyway?It is a fun tool to have but difficult to work through as most info gleaned has to be run through a p.c. for convienient troubleshooting.It can be very usefull if you have a sensor that is way out of whack and know what those values should be.As of today that HDS has not helped me solve any runabilaty problems.
