g'day i did not know where to put this question ast it is a mix of lawn mower and outboard. my dad recently made an outboard out of a honda lawnmower and a leg off of a gold cheetah outboard. well it runs well but the lawnmower is incredably loud and i am wondering if anyone with experiance with lawn mowers knows ho i can quieten it. the fly wheel has a fan which makes alot of noise can this be removed as the engine shouldnt be over revving as it is a outboard. any way any help will be apreaciated. this outboard is a freak of nature. a kid on the shore said to me "hey! did you know thats a lawn mower.", i replied "i know, Im cutting the weed!"<br /><br />Thanks.
