Honda idle speed

Can someone explain to me how to set the idle speed of my Honda 25.

Factory spec is 950 + or - 50.I will tell you these triples like the top of that spec if not a little more.Adjustment is made at the bottom carb only.If you have farted around with any other linkage screws, bless you,and get a manual.
