Honda Four Stroke BF9.9

As stated above, my 9.9 at idle does not flush out any water however at about 50% throttle or more it is discharging water. Without replacing the impeller just yet, is there anything I can do prior to clean out the system and look for clogs?

How old is the motor, it's used in fresh or salt water ? Have you tried running a cannula up/down the peeing port with motor ON ? If same flush the motor while sitting in a barrel with Salt Away, hope the product works.
