Honda coil

I have a 7.5 honda 4 cycle outboard about 1985and am having trouble with the coil...The trouble is I cant seem to locate one new or used, anybody have any suggestions....thanks

I also heard that you could use a coil off an old honda motorcycle...Does anybody know if this is true?
