Honda BF90 lower unit vacuum line?

Does anyone know where this vacuum line is supposed to go? It is located on the lower unit and it doesn't seem to go anywhere? I have attached the diagram link:

Its part 11, 12 & 48.

The only reason i'm asking is I can't find it anywhere in the repair manual.

Sorry,

Didn't realize that the post wouldn't show the full link.

Anyways, its the vacuum line on the front of the lower unit, it has two nipples on each end.

Are you sure it's not the built in speedometer pick up?

I looked for where it goes, but It doesn't seem to terminate anywhere. It is part 48 on the picture.

That is the speedo pickup not a vacumm line
