I just bought this engine on CL. The model # appears to be BF75L 1300653 The owners manual is Copy righted in 1977. I would like to know what the year is. I am the 3rd owner. It Had come from the estate of a friend of the PO and was in storage for many years. Supposedly the original owner used it 2 seasons then put in storage. when he died his heirs sold it to The PO and he said it ran fine when he got it. and he did a tune up and cleaned the carb and now it won't Idle. Also there was a lot of oil on the LU and in his test tank. any thoughts on this situation would be appreciated.
