Honda BF5A

Will need to do a valve adjustment on a 2013 Honda BF5A , have a Manuel but it dose not specify tool size , seeing them at Amazon with a number 10 and flat heat screw driver , but the Manuel makes it sound like there both nuts that lock together , any one know for sure the set up and sizes ? I want to have every thing I need before starting this job.
