I have a Honda Outboard and the Serial number is BF50L- 1003523. I bought this motor on Ebay and the owner knew very little about it. What is the year model? Is this a long or short shaft? Thanks, JL
thats a 1995 can't tell shaft length from that info...measure from the inside of the transom bracket where it hangs on the boat to the cavitation plate...a short will measure about 17"...a long will measure about 22"
