I recently aquired a 1997 5 hp honda.. It says Honda BF5.0 on the side.. The motor starts up easy when cold but it has stalled a few times on us in fwd gear under load. I am going to do a full tune up with new fluids/ plug/ carb rebuild. Can anyone reccomend a good place to buy a carb rebuild kit? Any specific plug?

We are going to use this outboard on a 9 foot zodiac for deploying shark bait in the surf. This motor does not have a safety lanyard it only has the kill switch on the end of the tiller. I am very uneasy about this because its likely the boat could be flipped in the surf. I would like to add a lanyard to this motor. I am guessing I would just tap into the ignition wire where the other kill switch is? Does anybody make a kit for a honda motor to apapt this?
