honda bf30a will not go above 2500 rpm

hey hello i am ben verduin from holland

maby sorry for bad english

i have a honda bf30a manual start and will not go above 2500 rpm

i have clean the 3 carbs



at idle speed it runs fine until 2500 rpm i can give more throttle but he stay at 2500 rpm

i test a new fuel filter

with a timing light on it i don't see any movement at the ignition retarding ?

if i need to make more pictures pleace ask
