Just did an oil change and Gear oil change the other day and I had put boat in the water to start up. But it is solid frozen. Can't start it up. I haven't pulled spark plugs yet or tried moving flywheel. Maybe I can try that? Idk.

Tell me about "solid frozen" please?

Does that mean that the starter rope will not pull out?

Can you turn the prop?

Does it seem to be shifting OK?

Yes that's what I meant. Like the flywheel is stuck. I can turn the prop and the shifter I did notice that it didn't work going in reverse shift, just neutral and forward.

My guess is you either over filled the oil or transported it on the wrong side and now the cylinder is full of oil. Remove the spark plug, pull the rope and see what comes out. Pull the rope a few times to get most of the oil out, double check the engine oil level, put the spark plug back in and fire it up. No permanent damage done, just a mess.
