Have a 2018 BF15D (BALJ-1603745) electric start that idles and runs fine after it warms up. The issues is during the warm up stage. The motor starts fine, goes into high idle and eventually idles down then stalls. Most the time it starts back up and runs fine. Occasionally, it will need to crank a little before starting, but once it catches it's fine. If I rev the heck out of it when it's starting to stall, I can usually force it over the stall point. Fresh gas, new plugs, fuel filter, primer bulb is firm. I replaced the SE thermal valve figuring it made the most sense, but nothing. Nothing seems to make any difference. It's more of an annoyance, but would like if fixed since revving it at 5am probably isn't too popular with the neighbors on a quiet Maine lake and probably isnt good for it either.
