Honda age?

Can anyone tell me when Honda changed the engine cover on their smaller outboards?

I'm looking at a Honda 15 from a private seller. He believes the engine is from the late '90s. The outboard itself is all Silver and has a rectangular cover.

Its not the current bubble shaped cover the newer Hondas have.

Check the engine numbers on the boats.net website. I think it will give you the year it was built.
