Honda 90HP 4stroke oil filter....

Hi guys,
Is the Honda 90HP 4stroke oil filter the same used in the Honda engines? My local boatshop is closed today and need to change the oil on a friends engine.

Of course the guy doesn't have the manual, any ideas what oil I should be using? Semi or fully synthetic?

Found the manual on honda-marine.com

Still wondering if I can get the filter in an autofactors...
