honda 90 stutters on acceleration

my 99 honda 90 also stall with fast acceleration. i have done the stc. also all carbs have been taken off and soaked in a carb cleaner twice by the dealer. this has been going on for over 2 years. the dealer says to replace the carbs or find an ultrasonic carb cleaner because the problem is in the carbs. i see others have this problem but i have tried new fuel filters, stc's cleaning etc. Help please

I have a 2004 Honda 90 hp (4 stroke) that I want to put a new SS prop on. The bow rises up pretty bad despite the trim and I may have to put a hydofoil on the prop to get the bow down sooner but I saw on the internet where some props can have an impact on this. Any ideas, recommendatiosn? Also, the old aluminum prop on there is 13 1/4 X 19. Can I use a larger diameter prop and if so, how much larger? Impact?
