Honda 9.9 idle mixture

Anyone know how to remove the tamperproof stop on the idle mixture screw on newer honda 9.9 , it runs a little too lean.

If its new enough to be under warrenty let the dealer handel it, otherwise try drilling a small hole off center and use a sheet metat screw as a puller.
