I have a Honda 9.9 kicker that runs but was bogging down at trolling speed. And the back of the boat and lower unit would be covered in oil.
i changed the oil and ran it in a tank after a few minutes the water was black. And the oil if full of gas. Any help would be great. Talked to the dealership they thought something might be plugged up. Would take it in but they are a month out.
Thanks

IF the carbs weren't causing the engine to flood (a real possibility with "bogging down at trolling speed" in play) ), I'd be wondering about the fuel pump.

New carbs will crud up just as easily, and just as quickly as a good clean carb. Don't completely discount the possibility you have ANOTHER dirty carb!

Great info. I don't know about that specific motor, but on some motors if the diaphragm in the fuel pump breaks, fuel can leak into the oil. The pump is sometimes driven by a lump on the cam, and that provides an opening for the fuel to flow through. That would be my guess as to what happened to your motor.
