I am working on my dads 2000 Honda 9.9 4 stroke motor. The motor runs well but after running a bit it just stalls out and is difficult to start. I drain the gas from the carb and clean the plugs and it’s starts again but stalls after 5 minutes. I changed gas tanks to assure no water in gas, fuel hose and bulb, installed new carb. Could this be a fuel pump issue because the motor sounds like it ran out of gas but there is still gas in the carb. Any advise or direction would be greatly appreciated
