I have a Honda 9.9 4 stroke that runs fine up to 3/4 throttle, once it gets past 3/4 throttle for more than a 10-15 seconds the motor starts coughing and smoking really bad. After killing the motor it will restart and run fine as long as the rpm's are not too high. I have replaced the impeller and the indicator stream is really strong. Any suggestions would be great.
