Hi, I have a Honda 9.9 4 stroke outboard.<br />Since the battery went completely down because there was strong current absorbtion (~ 8 Amps for 20 hours), I noticed that when the battery is down or disconnected the engine charger <br />is not working: is this normal or the rectifier is not working properly? For other outboards, when the battery is disconnected, I am still able to read around 14 Volts between the wires coming out from the rectifier. <br /><br />Thanks for the help.<br /><br />Mimmo
