I have a 4 stroke honda 8 that runs good wide open but will not idle i have taken the plugs out and cleaned them they did not seem to be fouled and i cleaned out the fuel filter. the motor is a 2000 when i bought it, it had just been serviced and would start at the touch of the button i was instructed to run it out of fuel when it was going to sit i did that it sat for about three weeks and it has not run right since.
