Honda 75hp and 40hp swap??

I am thinking about swapping my 2001 40hp Honda for a 2000 75hp Honda on my pontoon. Is the control box and steering controls the same? Would this be a straight swap out for the motor? Thanks for the replies.

The tach will be different or need to be reset depending on the tach and vintage.Other than that it's a straight swap.
