hi guys new here ,i can do basic stuff with outboard carbs and other stuff but i am stuck here,
i have a honda 5hp 2002 model had from new and has been a brill little engine no problems till now,
the head gasket went so i go a new one and fitted it no problem
but now all put back together tried to fire it up nothing its not even trying to fire, cheked the plug and i am getting a good spark from it, i tryed a little bit of fuel on the plug and put back in the engine and when i pulled it all i got was a backfire
does this sound like the timing is out ?
and how do i sort it out
