Honda 50 blown head gasket

I have a 50 hp four stroke it had top to bottom compression 30 /85/ 115 I pulled the head had valves reworked and made sure head was flat reinstalled with new head gasket and checked compression 175 / 165/ 155 before I tried to crank . after cranking motor was running rough recheck comp 60/90/120 is it possible the head bolts are stretching any info is greatly appreciated

Was the head torqued within specs with a torquemeter in their correct bolt torque sequence? usually torque my head gaskets to their full max torque and make a retorque after first 30-50 run hours as head gsakets usually cedes a bit with heat and use.

Yes don't much care for the specs though it calls for 27.5 ft,lbs then mark the bolts and turn 90 degree +/-30 thanks for the reply

I didn't replace the head bolts wasn't sure if it was nessasary to use new ones

If the headbolts have being oiled too much they can back out quite a bit, ive never found stretching to cause that much loss of compression.
Retighten and see what happens, otherwise somethings overheated and blown again
