Honda 45 HP engine cover and parts wanted

I have a submerged Honda 45 that I wish to purchase.The engine has been run by an outboard shop but needs some used parts which are not available here in New Zealand.I need 3x carbs for the above as the jets have corroded and the carbs have been wrecked getting them out.I also need a new or 2nd hand engine cover in good condition.If anyone wrecks these can you email me at broorda@xtra.co.nz as I would like to purchase.I can purchase here in New Zealand a full set of gaskets but would also purchase these ex USA if this helps build up a decent parts order.<br />Thanks Bruce

Don't start a new thread.<br />^ or Bump is all you need to put in to it and we all know.<br /><br />Just knowing there is a Honda 45 beeing sick makes me sad. But I bump your post to the top at least.<br /><br />So, what is the story? Buying a submerged outboard can be asking for trouble. Was it taken care of? Corroded jets sounds to me it was submerged for a long time or neglected when it was out of the water. Do you think the rest of the engine is in better shape than the jets? I don't.
