Honda 4 strokes Bf75L and BZBC parts interchangable???

I have an older BF75 and a 06 8hp BZBC. They look identicle under the cover. Both CDI. Question is are parts possibly interchangable? Seems likely as they again appear the same down to the same wiring harness etc..
