Honda 2hp Year and is it water cooled

Help!!! Recently bought this newer motor outboard, MOD# BF2A SER# BAES1204354 would like to know the year of it. Does this motor have the integral clutch? And If this motor is water cooled?<br /><br /> THANKS

Can't help with the year model question but, Most of the 2hp Hondas I know about including the one I own are actually air cooled motor. They do have a water pump and "pee hole" that keeps the rest of the motor (exhaust in the midsection) cooled.

without the four letters in front of the serial,I can't tell for sure but it's either 1990 or 2001...the leading letters separate the two serial groups
