Honda 2hp outboard will only run with choke

Hi all, I have an 07 Honda 2hp outboard. It currently runs with the choke 3/4 of the way out. From all I've read it was a fuel/carb blockage problem. I took the tank and fuel line and carb off. The tank looked ok and so did the line. I blew out the line with compressed air and took the carb apart. There was a bunch of gunk in the bowl of the carb. I cleaned that all out and (from the videos I watched) cleaned the carb. From what I could tell, there was only one jet in the carb. I sprayed it directly with carb cleaner but I think it may be clogged up still. I also cleaned the float although it didn't look too bad. Is there only one jet in this carb or did I miss something else to clean? It is a big improvement compared to before. I could barely keep it running at the lake. Below are pics of before and after cleaning. The circled portion is the part of the carb I didn't take apart. Another thing I forgot to mention is I took the petcock apart and it was clean. I couldn't find any obstructions in it.

Run carb dry while flushing OB after use till drops dead..Probably carb parts need to be soaked in Carb Dip for some hours, generic carb spray most of the times doesn't do much cleaning to immaculate cond very badly clogged carbs.

There are low speed and high speed jets, pull it apart and give it another good cleaning.

Should I take off the top part of the carb held on with four bolts? (circled in red in my picture)

You should tear the whole carb in parts. don't soak plastic, rubber, delicate parts in dip cleaner...just in case might be harmed.

I'll give it a whirl and see how it comes out. Thank you all for the advice.

I took the carb back apart. This time I took the top off too. Forgive my lack of carb knowledge but I am not sure where the jets are in the pics I have posted below. I have circled what I believe the be the jets in red and what I don't know what it is in green. I would like to clean the carb as thoroughly as possible but also don't want to take apart something I'm not supposed to. I have already cleaned and taken apart the float. I sprayed out what's circled in red below the float but did not clean it further.

Your carb has been running in gel crap, typically caused by ethanol fuel, possibly even with stabilizer. You MAY get lucky with a proper carb dip soak cleaning. The main jet in the one where the bowl attaches (in the center of the float). The balls that are pressed in are just plugs. That goo can be hard to get out.

Don't remove any of those small balls casted on carb, remove main jet inside red circle with screwdriver and any other small jet seen around float area for a proper cleaning.

I was told there is more than one jet. Is that correct? I will remove the jet below the float and clean it well and remove the float again and check for other jets I may have missed while in there. In my second pic, is that a jet circled in red next to the butterfly?

Jets are threded and have a middle cut so to remove them from carb with a screwdriver. That one (second pic) doesn't.
