honda 2hp air cool

i am thinking about buying asecond hand honda 2hp air cool year 2000 for the price of 140euros, it gets started after a second or third attempt but i think it is a little bit noisy for a 4stroke engine,many scratches in paint and looks pretty old for only 7years.can someone please give me a second opinion.

I would look for a water cooled motor and if you move up to 3 hp you can probably find a twin which would be much smoother.A 2 stroke would be simpler to maintain and lighter and less problematic to transport.
In a brief search I didn't find any parts listed and at some point you will need something.If you have a parts source near by maybe it would be ok.
