Honda 25 tiller carbeurators

My son just bought a 1994 Honda 25 4 stroke and we took off the carbs to clean. They look fairly good but the fittings that come out and connect to gas lines are fairly rusty. They look like they are threaded. Does anyone know if they unscrew so new fittings can be installed?
