Honda ... 2006 .. 75 hp 4 stroke

I took my pontoon for the last cruise of the summer. Coming back to dock I got audible alarm. Shut down motor at once.
Let it set for couple of minutes and started to see if pisser working. It was and I did not get the alarm after that.

Any suggestion as to what might cause that ??
