Honda 2006 50hp with carbs

The top of my three carbs have a black hose on each side that all attach to each other, then the two hoses from the bottom carb go into a open tee that attaches to nothing, then just hang at the bottom of the engine.....
I cannot find any information that explains what purpose these hoses or ports off of the carbs serve.
Any assistance would be appreciated ...

Sounds like your describing the vent/drain hoses. They usually go out through a hole in the lower engine cover.
