Honda 200 OB - no telltale?

200 HP - 2003 Just started the stupid motors this spring. 30 hours and less than a year old. Had them professionally winterized. Starboard engine is not peeing!!! Overheat warning went off after about a minute running. Shut it down. Checked the intake and the peehole for obstructions. Nothing. Flushed the engine with the flush hose and had plenty of water out peehole. Thermostats? Other? The impellers were not replaced this winter and were working fine before.

My best guess would be the impellers, it would be time well spent to pull the lower units and replace them.
