Honda 200 2005 Alarms and no guages

I have a Honda 200 2005, Not sure if the gauges are related to the alarms. The alarms just beeps as soon as the motor starts. checked all the fuses. Looks like good water flow. I think if it was oil pressure it would be a solid alarm. Not sure what to check. There are no Honda people any where near here.

I figured out the gauges. I replaced the impeller and now i have no water flow. pulled the lower unit 3 times now. I opened thermostats and have no water coming up. Back flushed from top and have strong water flow from water tube coming down by the lower. not sure what to do now i checked impeller good,
