As stated my honda 15 is kicking back and hard pulling to start. As I have recently undergone a heart bypass operation a hard starting/kickback outboard is not heart friendly. It also runs rough at low speeds. Slow trolling speeds are next to impossible. I have changed the spark plugs and the inline fuel filter. Could this be a timing problem? If so, how do I go about setting the timing.
