honda 15hp 4t, no e/s does it have a 12v output?

i have a honda 15hp outboard just got it.
does it have a 12v output i can see anywhere that looks like a electrical plug.
it doesent have a electric start could i get one? and fit it on there!

also can i use the controls off a mercury on this?

not sure of its year have the serial no, but cant find a site to tell me!

If you check below camshaft housing there should be a rectifier with fins on it. It`s a lil square thing well hidden. If you have that you have power.
