Honda 15hp 1997, swivel case spring question.

Hello, I bought this 15hp a while ago along with a jon boat. I've done a whole bunch of standard replacements, impeller, plugs, etc. but the one thing that has driven me up the wall is the swivel case. It had almost no parts when I got it, and those it did have were pretty much destroyed. I have looked at diagrams for hours, and repeatedly removed and re-installed parts trying to figure it out. I think I got it, and have attached photos, can anyone confirm for me? If you own a 90's 9.9 or 15hp honda, please please take some photos of the swivel case for me or confirm I got it right. Thank you!
