I have a 2004 Honda 130 with a jet pump. Over the last year or so the performance has been getting sluggish. Takes a long time to get up on plane and doesn't have the response it used to have. The engine is running well but poor response from pump. I've replaced intake grates and inspected impeller. All seem OK. Any ideas to improve performance?
